Strawberry Cauliflower Smoothie

This is a wonderful way to hide the veggies and pack your smoothie in nutrients. It is such a quick recipe which does not need any preparation ahead of time. You can use raw cauliflower and I promise strawberries will do a great job to mask the cauliflower taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 cup of blueberries

  • 1 cup of cauliflower

  • 1 cup of non-diary milk

  • Chia seeds or hemp seeds

  • 2 pitted dates or 2 tablespoons of honey

Directions

  • Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and whirl until smooth.
  • If using fresh fruit (not frozen) add some ice to the blender and voila
