2 cups apples cubed
1 cup of raspberries fresh or frozen
1 tsp of vanilla
1/3 cup of water
Directions
- Fill a small pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- Add the chopped apples, raspberries, vanilla and water to the pot and cook for 10 minutes, or until tender.
- Transfer the ingredients to a blender or food processor and puree the mixture until smooth, adding a little bit of water if necessary to reach the desired consistency.
