This puree is a true superfood masterpiece! The apples add a hint of sweetness, while the spinach gives it a fun, vibrant color. 

Ingredients

  • 2  apples cubed

  • 1/2 cup spinach 

  • 1/4 cup peas

Directions

  • Fill the bottom of a steamer with water and bring it to a boil.
  • Add the chopped apples, spinach and peas to the pot and steam for 8-10 minutes.
  • Remove the steamer basket from the pot and transfer the mixture to a blender or food processor.
  • Puree the mixture until smooth, adding a little bit of water if necessary to reach the desired consistency.
