Shamrock Parfaits by Cassie
Another St. Patrick's Day treat.
***Shamrock Parfaits***
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 (4-serving) package Jell-O Pistachio flavor Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
- Chocolate Sauce (syrup)
- 2 cups thawed Cool Whip whipped topping
- Chocolate shamrock cutouts (optional)
Directions:
- Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1 to 2
minutes.
- Layer pudding, chocolate sauce and 1 cup topping alternately in 4
parfait glasses.
- Garnish with remaining whipped topping and chocolate sauce and chocolate
shamrock cutouts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Makes 4 servings
